PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent combustible gas and steam generated in a first combustion chamber from flowing backward from a combination air feed port of the first combustion chamber. SOLUTION: This high-frequency heating device is provided with: a ceramic closure plate 8 for vertically bisecting the inside of a housing 10 into a microwave feeding chamber 12 having microwave introduction ports 10 and the first combustion chamber 1 for housing an object 2; a second combustion chamber 7 formed in the outside upper part of the feeding chamber 12; and a ceramic hollow cylindrical body 6 penetrating the feeding chamber 12 to connect an opening 9 formed at a nearly middle part of the closure plate 8 to the combustion chamber 7 for delivering the combustible gas and the steam 4 generated from a heated object 2 in the combustion chamber 1 to the combustion chamber 7; and also provided with a prevention means 15 of adherence to the heated object 2 on the undersurface of the closure plate 8.
