PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control server device that manages each user's access right for uploaded information and achieves simple and smooth information distribution among the users. SOLUTION: The user identification information on a second user is acquired from a first user. The device stores the correspondence between the user authentication information and user authentication information on each user, and the user authentication information on the second user identified by querying the correspondence and information uploaded for the first user are newly associated to be stored in a memory means. When the second user makes a request for access to the uploaded information, the access from the second user is permitted according to the new association.
