PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably prevent a partial damage of a thermal shrinking tube, efficiently producing to smoothly insert a battery into a peripheral wall of a cap. SOLUTION: A battery pack provides a cap 2 at an end of a battery 1, and covers this cap 2 and a surface of the battery 1 by a thermal shrinking tube 3. The cap 2 comprises a peripheral wall 4, and inserts the battery 1 into an inside of this peripheral wall 4. The cap 2 covers a surface of the peripheral wall 4 by the thermal shrinking tube 3. The peripheral wall 4 of the cap 2 provides a plurality of slits 5, and provides a modified peripheral wall 4A between the slits 5. The battery pack covers the surface of the peripheral wall 4 by the thermal shrinking tube 3 by modifying the modified peripheral wall 4A so as to contact an edge of the modified peripheral wall 4A.
