PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information brokerage system, its method and program which improve the rate of service usage by brokering information by using subscriber information with high reliability stored, only by mobile communication providers through the utilization of instant massage (IM). SOLUTION: The system comprises a cellar phone 1 owned by a service user and enables use of the IM, an IM server 2a, an application server 2b and a subscriber information database 2c which is managed by the mobile communication providers and having a role in a brokerage function brokering the cellar phone 1 and a client terminal 3, and a client database 4 connected to the client terminal 3. By developing the service through the use of the subscriber information with high reliability possible to be stored only by the mobile communication providers and the IM, a differentiation from other service providers can be enhanced and the rate of usage of service can be increased. |
