PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that transcription is deteriorated by cracking caused by stress when a spacer layer is formed. SOLUTION: A sheet 7 which becomes spacer layers comprises light-setting organic materials and thermoplastic organic materials. A stamper is crimped onto the sheets, and the radiation of a light is carried out after the stamper is taken off. The occurrence of the cracking caused by stress is prevented and a data-storage medium having good transcribing ability can be obtained.
