MANUFACTURE METHOD OF NOODLE USING UNPOLISHED RICE AND BOILED FISH PASTE

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacture method of noodle using unpolished rice having abundant nutrients and boiled fish paste. Therefore a user can take unpolished rice and fishes simultaneously, and the consumption of rice is increased. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method of noodle using unpolished rice and boiled fish paste comprises the steps of: soaking 1000g of unpolished rice in water for 3 hours then followed by drying and pulverization; crushing 500g of fish meat with flavoring agents; mixing the unpolished rice powder and the crushed fish meat together, and steaming the mixture thereof; mixing 200g of corn starch and 100g of brown seaweed powder to the steamed mixture; and forming the mixture thereof into noodle strips.
