PURPOSE: A motor-holder of an air-conditioner is provided to reduce deterioration of a product due to vibration and noise. CONSTITUTION: Both ends of an upper panel(64) and a motor-holder(70) have sides bent to be coupled by screws(65) to prevent transmission of vibration generated in fans(60) and motors(62) to the whole of a product. The motor-holder comprises a first motor holder having a plurality of holes for lower ends of the motors to be inserted thereto; and a second motor-holder and a third motor-holder formed to be L-shaped, connected to both sides of the first motor-holder, respectively, and having upper ends bent twice to be fixed on both bent ends of the upper panel.
