PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a POS system to be used at a restaurant having a plurality of a la carte menus and set menus for improving the input operability of menus ordered by customers and the system operation workability of menu change and addition. SOLUTION: A menu master is registered with only a la carte menus (merchandise) and 'set menu flags'. Then, a staff selects and inputs a menu by operating the keys of a handy terminal 14, and when making the menu as a set menu with another menu, the staff depresses a 'set input' key, and selects and inputs the additional menus of the same 'set menu flag'. When trying to select any menu whose 'set menu flag' is different, an input error is displayed. |
