SOLUTION: When a request for issuing coupon ticket information is received from a user, a service providing server issues, when issuing conditions are set for this coupon ticket information, the coupon ticket information according to the issuing conditions. The issued coupon ticket information is transmitted to and displayed on a digital television. The displayed coupon ticket information is downloaded to the cellular phone of the user and used. |
