PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private fund infusion method and private fund infusion system 1 for maintenance and management of a structure, which allows the introduction of private funds for planning maintenance by making the profit by the use of a bridge 15 (public structure) in a tangible form as cash flow, and allowing the issue of a debt such as securitization or the like to the profit; and a maintenance management database 2 therefor.
