PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture for a vehicle wherein this can be constituted in a relatively small-sized and at a lower cost, wherein a crack of an infrared ray filter can be suppressed and wherein a switching between an infrared ray irradiation and a high-beam irradiation is possible. SOLUTION: This fixture is provided with a light source 11, a concave-shaped reflecting face 12 to reflect the light from the light source forward in an irradiation pattern of a high-beam, and an infrared ray filter part 20 movable between an insertion position and a retreating position to a light path from the light source toward the reflecting face. The lighting fixture 10 for the vehicle is constituted so that the infrared ray filter part 20 is composed of a cylindrical light shielding member 21 with a closed front end equipped with a window part 26 in the light path to go from the light source toward a region corresponding to the center neighborhood of the high beam of the reflecting face at the insertion position, a relatively short cylindrical infrared ray filter 22 fixed to the region of the window part at the inside of the light shielding member, and a driving means 24 to drive the light-shielding member between the insertion position and the retreating position. |
