PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that utilization efficiency of a frequency band is poor, in addition, structure of a transmitting station and a receiving station becomes complicated to bring about extra costs. SOLUTION: This data distribution system is constituted by providing: a transmitting station 10 that transmits multiple stream Scd formed by multiplexing encoding streams C1 to Cn with control data D to a communication cannel as carrier waves Wcd; and a terminal station 20 that separates the encoding streams C1 to Cn and the control data D from the multiple stream Scd to be obtained by receiving the carrier waves Wcd of the communication channel and controls reception of the carrier waves Wcd in the communication channel according to the control data D.
