PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the consumption of a backup power source of a boosting circuit. SOLUTION: A voltage is induced to a coil L2 by ON/OFF of a switching element FET1 of a first boosting circuit 36 and power generated from a thermocouple 35 heated by the combustion of a burner 4 is boosted in the first boosting circuit 36. When an ignition switch 33 is turned on, the power is supplied to a controller 31 by a power source circuit 34 of a dry cell 32. When an output voltage of the first boosting circuit 36 becomes 2 V or higher, the power source circuit 34 is turned off and the power boosted in the first boosting circuit 36 is sent to the controller 31.
