PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for a pop-out door capable of avoiding attacks by destruction oriented to a lock unit to enhance crime prevention performance. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 4 is rotatably but longitudinally non-movable mounted in a bearing part 3 of a fixed case 2 and a clamp plate 5 is secured to the inner cylinder 4. A locking shank 7 of a handle 6 is non-rotatably yet longitudinally movably fitted into the inner cylinder 4 and energized by a spring 8 to protrude. A storage hole 10 for the lock unit 9 is formed in a sidewall part of the bearing part 3 and a pocket part 11 that is dented inwards of the front surface 1a of the door is formed in the fixed case 2 adjacent to the sidewall part of the bearing part 3. A key hole 13 is opened in an interior wall surface 11a of the pocket part 11 and a rotor 12 is cooperatively equipped with a locking mechanism 14 for locking the locking shank 7 to the bearing part 3.
