PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulating structure having high tensile strength. SOLUTION: A powder of a raw material is press-molded using female screw- type fixtures 11, 12 and a press mold 7-10 to form a female screw member 13. The press mold 7-10 is removed and a powder of a ceramic raw material is press-molded around the female screw member 13 using the fitted female screw-type fixtures 11, 12 and a press mold 14-17 to form a sheath 18. After the female screw-type fixtures 11, 12 and the press mold 14-17 are removed, the female screw member 13 and the sheath 18 are fired and tightly bonded by compressing the female screw member 13 by the sheath 18.
