SOLUTION: A holder 15 for a shallow cup lock capable of being rotated together with an internal cylinder is installed on the external surface of an internal cylinder 8 for the cylinder lock 1, directing an opening to the outside, and two blades 21 and 21 are mounted into the external recessed section 17 of the holder in an openable and closeable manner while conical recessed sections 24 are formed to the surfaces of the blades.
