PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clocking device in which both a mechanical-energy manual input part and a mechanical-energy automatic input part can be installed and which can be miniaturized in the clocking device provided with a mechanical-energy storage part and a power generation part. SOLUTION: A manual winding part 3 and a self-winding part 4 are installed on a side opposite to an electric generator 2 by sandwiching a spring 1. The electric generator 2 and the self-winding part 4 are not overlapped, and it is not required to displace the position of the electric generator 2 so as not to be overlapped with the self-winding part 4. Consequently, the space efficiency in the inside of a watch is enhanced, the area of a movement can be reduced, and the watch can be miniaturized.
