PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump shaft sealing device capable of reducing an aging increase in a gap of a main shaft sealing part and restricting an increase in the recovery amount of a mixed fluid of a pump leak fluid and a seal fluid. SOLUTION: This device comprises the shaft sealing part into which the pump main shaft 16 for transferring the fluid relatively movably penetrates a fixing part 17, a seal fluid supply means 9 for supplying the seal fluid to the shaft sealing part and a bond content supply means 26 for supplying to the seal fluid a bond content containing iron that forms a bonding material on the shaft sealing part.
