PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel system hose for automobile capable of providing excellent sour resistance and interlayer adhesiveness while assuring low permeability to cope with the very strict control of hydrocarbon and alcoholic mixed hydrocarbon transpiration and the low permeability of hydrogen. SOLUTION: This fuel system hose for automobile comprises an inner layer 1 formed by using fluororesin or polyolefine resin and a low permeable layer 2 formed by using polybuthylene naphthalate. The outer peripheral surface of the inner layer 1 is plasma treated, and the low permeable layer 2 is stackingly formed on the plasma treated surface 1a.
