PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome some problems found in the prior art tool for fully discharging content of a spray can in which the spray can is frequently disposed without being fully consumed to cause a quite dangerous state of occur at the spray can and produce a certain social problem because the prior art tool for fully discharging content of a spray can is conveniently used by the household wives and has a complex structure. SOLUTION: This is a quite simple item such as a certain kind of ring-shaped rubber band the use of which can be seen at a glance without instructions. Upon winding of this rubber on the spray can, the stored content is fully discharged out of the can automatically by a resilient force of rubber. The rubber ring is attached in advance to a cavity at the bottom part of the spray can and the rubber ring is removed as desired. If the rubber ring is used with its easiness in use found in a usual daily application, the number of spray cans disposed under their not-fully consumed state is reduced. This is a means for solving the problems described above. |
