PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dimensions of a base plate of a center frame and the like by using left and right side frames for a revolving frame, and improve workability in manufacture and workability. SOLUTION: This revolving frame 21 is composed of: the center frame 22 which is located in a central part and extended in a lengthwise direction; and the left and right side frames 31 and 34. The frame 31 is formed from a left arc-shaped frame 32 which his curved in an arc shape; and an overhanging beam 33 is provided between a bent frame part 32A of the frame 32 and the center frame 22. Additionally, the side frame 34 is formed from a right arc- shaped frame 35 which is curved in an arc shape; and overhanging beams 36 and 37 are provided between a bent frame part 35A of the frame 35 and the center frame 22.
