PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin laminated sheet which is excellent in moldability, oil resistance, transparency, and separability of molded sheet and applicable to transparent PTP packaging, etc. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin laminated sheet has at least three layers including an A layer constituting an intermediate layer and B layers as outer layers which are laminated on both sides of the A layer. Each layer contains a component (a) and a component (b). The ratio between the components (a) and (b) in the A layer is expressed by (a)/(b)=50-100/50-0, and the ratio in the B layer is expressed by (a)/(b)=5-40/97-60. The thickness of the A layer is 50-95% of the total thickness of the sheet. the component (a) is a cyclic olefin resin 70-120 deg.C in glass transition temperature (Tg). The component (b) is a polyethylene resin 110-130 deg.C in crystal melting peak temperature and 0.920-0.940 in density.
