A reservoir of shells la is contained in a compartment formed by a stationary shroud 32, an inner rotating cone 29 and the rim of an outer conical drum 15 rotating in the opposite direction, the drum 15, rotated by a belt 34, driving the cone 29 through gearing 35, 36, 37 and shaft 26. The interior rim of the drum 15 is formed with a series of studs 33 on which the shells seat themselves and which carry the shells, prevented from guide means from dropping off, to a position where the guide means terminates and the shells drop off onto a rotary feed conveyer 16. |
