PURPOSE: A fixing structure of a soundproof plate and a soundproof bar is provided to improve work efficiency for replacement, to prevent the spread of particles of inner sound absorbing materials into the air by an impact and to improve the natural aesthetic sense of a soundproof plate. CONSTITUTION: The fixing structure of a soundproof plate(10) and a soundproof bar(20) with built-in sound-absorbing materials(G) comprises the steps of laying/fixing a portion of a fixing piece of an elastic fixture, composed of a circular trapezoid fixing projection and a polygonal fixing piece, in a semi-circular soundproof bar(20) made with synthetic resins, projecting the fixing projection to the outside, then interposing in a part to be fixed with a soundproof plate(10) through a perforated hole, so that a soundproof bar(20) is fixed to a main body of the soundproof plate(10).
