PURPOSE: Provided is an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt-based co-crosslinking agent having a multi-functional group, which gives high heat-stability, tensile strength, and tearing strength to the rubber when the rubber is crosslinked by using the co-crosslinking agent and peroxide as an initiator. CONSTITUTION: The unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt-based co-crosslinking agent having the multi-functional group is produced by reacting 2 mole of an unsaturated carboxylic acid as a monobasic acid, 2 mole of an unsaturated carboxylic acid as a dibasic acid, and 3 mole of a divalent metal oxide, wherein the monobasic acid is acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid; the dibasic acid is maleic acid or fumaric acid; and the divalent metal oxide is zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, or at least two thereof.
