PURPOSE: A fluorescent endoscope device and an image forming method using the same are provided to allow for improved accuracy of diagnosis and user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent endoscope device comprises a composite light source unit(10) having a plurality of light sources having different wavelength ranges; a light transmission unit having an exit path for transmittance and radiation of the light and an incidence path for transmittance of the incident light, wherein the light transmission unit has an object lens mounted in the incident path; a light separator unit for separating the light transmitted through the incidence path into the first light and the second light by passing or separating the light; the first image processing unit for obtaining the first image based on the passed first light; the second image processing unit for obtaining the second image based on the reflected second light; a control unit(80) for processing, analyzing, storing and synthesizing the obtained first and second images; and a display unit(90) for displaying the first and second images processed through the control unit.
