The folding door panel (1) is fixed on a door frame rail by a door hinge having a lower part and upper part (6) set on the door opening side in a hollow throat formed between the door panel and rail (3). The upper and lower parts are adapted on the door panel side to the profile of the door panel and fit smoothly against same. The lower part and upper part could be arranged on a gap (4) provided between the door panel and rail whereby the lower part is adapted to the profile of the rail or door panel and the upper part is adapted to the profile of the door panel. The upper part (6) has on the rail side a rib shaped attachment for fixing on the end side of the door panel whilst the lower part has on the rail side a rib shaped spacer attachment (17).
