The invention relates to a mineral mixture based on calcium salts and phosphates, employed as a supplement for the daily fodder allowance of animals. The mineral mixture comprises 60% lime carbonate, 20% dicalcium phosphate or bone meal or sodium monophosphate, 20% bentone comprising 43.14% silicon dioxide, 13.03% aluminium oxide, 3.88% iron trioxide, 0.71% titanium dioxide, 2.64% calcium oxide, 1.39% magnesium oxide, 1.49% sodium oxide, 1.92% potassium oxide, 1.82% lime carbonate, 3.54% water, the percentage being expressed by weight, and is introduced in the daily fodder allowance of any animal, in a ratio of 1...2% of the fodder allowance weight.
