PURPOSE: A system and a method for transferring a wired/wireless call, and a wired/wireless composite terminal therefor are provided to reduce call charge and improve speech quality by transferring a ring signal received to a mobile communication network to a wired communication network to form a speech path, and reduce a damage due to electronic wave by transferring a ring signal received by a wired/wireless composite terminal to a wired terminal to receive it. CONSTITUTION: A call transfer server(100) operates as a server for transferring a connection request transmitted to and received from a mobile communication network to a communication network in association with a wired communication network and the Internet and accesses an application program(104) through an API(Application Program Interface)(102) to execute the application program(104) according to a request from a user and a wired communication network. A user management program(110) stores and manages user's personal information in a user DB(122) for users who want to transfer a signal transmitted to and received from the mobile communication network to a wired communication network. A terminal number management program(112) receives terminal numbers and IDs of personal computer from users who want the wired/wireless call transfer system, stores them in a terminal number DB(124) and manages them. A wired/wireless composite terminal sensing program(114) receives information on whether the user's wired/wireless composite terminal is sensed by a base station from the wired/wireless composite terminal base station which is connected to a wired/wireless call transfer system(40) by the wired communication network. A wired/wireless termination call transfer program(116) transfers a connection request signal transmitted to and received from the mobile communication network to the wired communication network according as a connection signal is received by the mobile communication network or according to a user's request. A wired/wireless handoff processing program(118) automatically or manually transfers a speech path to the mobile communication network if a signal of the wired/wireless composite terminal sensed by the base station is weak or a noise is severe while a recipient is transmitting or receiving a voice or data to and from a call originator after a speech path is formed through the wired communication network. |
