PURPOSE: A roll stabilizer of a vehicle with an air suspension is provided to actively secure the rigidity of a roll without changing considerably the diameter of the stabilizer by directly controlling air in right and left air springs not using a leveling valve and accordingly to fairly improve the riding safety of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A roll stabilizer of a vehicle with an air suspension is composed of a roll sensing valve device installed in the middle of the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body and regulating the state of supplying compressed air supplied from an air tank to right and left air springs(3L,3R) and right and left roll sensing rods(5L,5R) connecting the roll sensing valve device with an axle(7).
