PURPOSE: A pen-type portable wireless terminal is provided to enable a user to grab a body housing to input data in a writing operation, so that the user can input data conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A body housing(10) is extended in a lengthwise direction and has a form of writing instrument. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(110) is arranged in an upper part(10a) of the body housing(10). A speaker(110) is arranged in an upper part of the LCD(110), and a microphone(114) is arranged in a lower part of the LCD(110). Keys(116) are provided between the speaker(112) and LCD(110), and other keys(118) are provided between the LCD(110) and microphone(114). A sensor(120) recognizing a writing operation is mounted at one end of the body housing(10). The sensor(120) provides a function to recognize the trace in accordance to an input operation of the body housing(10). A signal sensed by the sensor(120) passes a recognizer and an amplifier and is outputted to a controller. And the controller displays provided data on the LCD(110).
