SOLUTION: A data receiving device 1 receives and analyzes a document describing arrangement information through a communication network N (step S11), and acquires arrangement data of consecutive data and additional data (step S12). Then, the device 1 acquires the consecutive data (step S13), and acquires load information of the network N (step S14). Subsequently, the device 1 calculates a data acquiring time for the additional data (step S15), displays the consecutive data (step S16), and acquires the additional data through the network N on the basis of a starting time GT for acquiring the additional data (step S17).
