PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance contract system by which a user can easily apply an insurance on the spot which is suitable for a driving condition when driving an automobile or the like. SOLUTION: The insurance contract system utilizes a communication navigation system using the Internet IN. The terminal T sends the driving condition while a movable body is driven to the server SV through the Internet IN. The server SV refers contents of insurances stored therein, and then makes an insurance list according to the destination or the route. The list is sent to the terminal T through the Internet IN.
