PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal damage to the carbon nano tube as well as realizing highly reliable sealing by sealing by a further heat treatment in vacuum atmosphere, after the organic binder is sufficiently burned by heat treatment in the atmosphere of the jointing material such as a frit glass paste. SOLUTION: After the jointing material such as a frit glass paste is heat treated in the atmosphere and the organic binder is sufficiently burned, it is further heat treated in the vacuum atmosphere and sealing is performed.
