PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device whose optical characteristic, functional characteristic, etc., are stable by eliminating the breakage of the V-grooved part of a light shielding plate mainly caused by the variance of work. SOLUTION: The V-grooved part of the light shielding plate which is the back light unit member of the liquid crystal display device is provided with breakage prevention structure from which the V-grooved part is removed at one or more places. Then, the breakage of the V-grooved part is reduced, and the optical characteristic and the functional characteristic of the liquid crystal display device caused by the variance of this work are improved. Thus, a stable product characteristic is obtained and a working loss and material loss can be reduced. |
