PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device which are capable of preventing an induction coil from having a short circuit when power is supplied to the induction coil. SOLUTION: The fixing device 10 is constituted by having the induction coil 12 forming a magnetic flux by the supply of power, a support member 14 round which the induction coil 12 is wound, and a fixing roller 11 which generates heat by an induction current caused by a magnetic flux formed by the induction coil 12, and fixes a toner image to a recording material by a heat supplied from the heat generation member. The fixing device is wired in such a manner that a pair of coil terminals 12a and 12b, which are drawn from the induction coil 12, are passed through the support member 14 without contacting each other and disposed outside the support member 14.
