SOLUTION: A member 50 registers a mail address etc., beforehand. The member 50 stores desired selection conditions and non-selection conditions of the accommodation in a member accommodation selection information transaction 23 and a member accommodation non-selection information transaction 24. An information control computer 20 matches the member accommodation selection information transaction 23 with the accommodation information master 22 and outputs the contents of the member accommodation selection information transaction 23 and the member accommodation non-selection information transaction 24 in an accommodation independent provision information transaction 25 of an accommodation 30 matched therewith.
