PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain eye movement of a driver to a minimum level by displaying down-serial data transmitted from a portable telephone on a head-up display. SOLUTION: This head-up display includes an interface circuit 2 to convert a level of a down-serial signal 1 transmitted from a data communicable portable telephone, a controller (CPU) 3 to analyze the serial signal 1 and execute storage and display processes, a memory 4 to store the serial data, a display driver 5 to display the serial data determined as necessary by controller's display process on the head-up display, and a head-up display 6 driven by the display driver 5. This head-up display 6 is installed in a front position of a vehicle so that a driver can visually confirm the display without his eyes off a windshield.
