CORE STRUCTURE OF STATOR TRANSFORMER IN ROTARY TRANSFORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core structure of a rotary transformer that is suited to a rotary transformer for compact resolver or the like. SOLUTION: This stator transformer is formed of a recessed metallic ring 2 that is made by drawing one press-finished metallic plate and a press-finished flat metallic plate 1. The metallic ring 2 is provided with a lower part 10 having a through hole 7 wherein a not-illustrated rotor is arranged and a side part 9 erected on the lower part. The side part 9 is provide with a circular or elliptical guide hole 3 to lead out a lead wire 6 connecting to a stator transformer winding 5 to the outside. The metallic plate 1 is provided with a through hole 7 wherein a not-illustrated rotor is arranged. The stator transformer winding 5 wound around a bobbin 4 is arranged inside the metallic ring 2. The metallic plate 1 and the end of the side part 9 erected on the lower part of the metallic ring 2 are made integral by welding or press-fitting for example.
