摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding method for an integrated circuit capable of stably operating the integrated circuit even without reinforcing power feeding system wiring of a mounted component outside the integrated circuit concerning a circuit device including the integrated circuit wherein a power supply current changes with time. SOLUTION: A dummy current path 3 is provided in the integrated circuit 4, and current quantity Ib of the dummy current path 3 is adjusted with a signal from a load current change detecting part 2 so as to make the temporal change of a power supply current I caused to flow to the integrated circuit 4 to be almost zero. Accordingly, since the temporal change of current caused to flow through power supply wiring of the mounted component outside the integrated circuit becomes almost zero, power supply voltage fluctuations resulting from power feeding system parasitic inductance of the mounted component outside the integrated circuit can be suppressed so that the integrated circuit can be stably operated.
