PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficulties of reducing a delay in the transfer of signals to a wire and of enabling high-speed performance, while retaining an increase in chip area and an increase in costs. SOLUTION: Wires 11, 12 are disposed in a substantially juxtaposed relation. An amplifier 15 composed of a single inverter circuit is inserted in a prescribed point of the wire 12, for instance, a position substantially the half way of the whole length of the wire 12. The amplifier 15 reduces the capacitive coupling of the wires 11, 12 and suppresses the delay in the transfer of signals to the wires 11, 12. |
