MSREBPs AS MODIFIERS OF THE SREBP PATHWAY AND METHODS OF USE

Human MSREBP genes are identified as modulators of the SREBP pathway and thus are therapeutic targets for disorders associated with the SREBP pathway. Methods for identifying modulators of MSREBP, comprising screening for agents that modulate the activity of MSREBP are provided.
