A compression spring (13) is provided in the piston region (12) of the work cylinder (11). The stay has three holder parts (2, 4), the middle part (4) being axially adjustable and provided with a prism device (8) for pivoting the two outer holder parts (2) kinematically to the middle part. A piston rod (10) associated with a work cylinder is connected to the middle part.
