<p>The invention relates to a spinal osteosynthesis system which is intended for the lumbar region in particular. The inventive system is of the type that comprises: at least one connecting rod (10) consisting of one main part (21) having axis 23; at least one pedicular screw (11, 12) comprising a bone threading which penetrates a vertebra (1, etc); and at least one connector (13, 14) which is used respectively to connect a pedicular screw (11, 12) to the connecting rod (10), each connector (13, 14) comprising first fixing means (15) for fixing said connector (13, 14) to the connecting rod (10) and second fixing means (16) for fixing said connector (13, 14) to a pedicular screw (11, 12). The invention is characterised in that the aforementioned connecting rod (10) is provided with at least one secondary part (22) having axis 20 and at least one turning point (30) such that axis 20 is oriented at a non-zero angle α in relation to axis 23. Moreover, at least one end connector (13) is provided at the free end of said secondary part (22) forming one piece therewith.</p> |
