A method of treating a pnueumatic tire, which comprises introducing a repair agent for a punctured tire comprising a latex into the inside of a punctured tire with a rim, followed by sealing, and then introducing a polymer coagulating agent into the inside of the punctured tire to coagulate the repair agent.
