MILLED VULCANIZATE AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING IT

1. Milled vulcanizate, the surface of which contains oxygenous groups, characterized in that the surface of particles therein contains carbon, which is weakly and/or not bounded with polymeric matrix of vulcanizate in quantity from 1x10<-5> to 10x10<-5>g/sm<3>, wherein the size of carbon particles is less than 150 nm, and the surface is modified by oxygenous groups. 2. Milled vulcanizate, according to claim 1, characterized in that the oxygenous groups therein, including chemically active carboxyl and/or hydroxyl, are included simultaneously both in polymeric matrix moleculas and sol-fraction of external layers of vulcanizate particles. 3. Milled vulcanizate, according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that polymeric matrix moleculas therein and sol-fraction of external layers of vulcanizate particles contain multiple bounds in quantity from 50% to 80% in ratio of level, peculiar to internal layers, which is conditioning the vulcanizate ability to form structural network by mechanism of heterolytic and homolytic reactions. 4. Method for preparing of milled vulcanizate according to claims 1-3, comprising its deforming and storing in presence of ozone-containing gas, characterized in that the deforming and storing in presence of ozone-containing gas therein are realized simultaneously for given time lag, wherein relative deformations are to be at least 1% and not more than 50%, and an ozone concentration or the residence time of vulcanizate in medium of ozone-containing gas is selected with proviso that: K=CxT, wherein K is relative oxidation coefficient (g min/m<3>), C is ozone concentration in medium ozone-containing gas (g/m<3>), T is residence time of vulcanizate in medium of ozone-containing gas (min), wherein K=5-50 g min/m<3>.
