<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for issuing bond which can issue a bond of high security at a low cost, and a program. SOLUTION: A host computer 100 is connected with a client 200 for printing the face of the bond through a network N, and prepares printing data which are printed with black toner and transparent fluorescent printing data which are printed, in compliance with a customer, by using transparent fluorescent toner so as to prevent forgery. The individual printing data prepared by the host computer 100 are transmitted to the client 200 through the network N. Based on the received printing data, client 200 prints on the face of the bond by using the black toner and the transparent fluorescent toner.</p> |
