PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a display member made of a ferromagnetic material such as a steel panel, a sheetlike magnet or the like by simple constitution without disassembling a blackboard or a display device at the time of maintenance of a superannuated blackboard made of a steel panel or replacement of the display matter on the wall surface of a building made of the steel panel and to provide a structure facilitating repeated repapering without generating the adhesion of other member even if there is the positional shift of the display member made of the ferromagnetic material such as the steel panel, the sheetlike magnet or the like at the time of replacement work. SOLUTION: The display member 5 made of the steel panel or the display member 7 made of the sheetlike magnet is attached to the steel panel 3 attached to a substrate 1 made of wood or the like through an adhesive 2 or the like, the existing blackboard made of the steel panel or the wall surface of the building made of the steel panel by magnetic attraction force through the sheetlike magnet 3 having magnetic attraction force on both surfaces thereof so that a surface 4a has strong magnetic attraction force on the side of the member made of the steel panel and a surface 4b has weak magnetic attraction force on the opposite side.
