PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member and a construction method solving the problem of damaging a form plate to make recycling difficult and to increase waste materials in conventional work of fixing a plate used as a form panel by wood serving as a skeleton, to hold the placed form of concrete. SOLUTION: A connection part of the form plate is jointed to a form connecting member by a connecting member and connected to a form tie as shown in the A connection figure.
