PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a water discharge pipe of a double pipe structure with such a large curve as prevents insertion of an inner pipe, and a water discharge pipe. SOLUTION: A straight-shaped small diameter pipe 31 longer than a straight- shaped large diameter pipe 30 is inserted through the large diameter pipe 30, and with both end faces m and n of the small diameter pipe 31 protruding from both end faces m' and n' of the large diameter pipe 30, the shell 30a of the large diameter pipe 30 and the shell 31a of the small diameter pipe 31 are bent at the same time to obtain the water discharge pipe 9 with the double pipe structure.
